Terms applying to all client agreements

This site belongs to NOORSTAR SERVICES with offices at BIZ00616 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. All customers who sign up for and register for an account with support@letzgetbizzy.com shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, and as such each party shall agree as follows.

Your responsibilities

We confirm that all of the course materials which are offered on support@letzgetbizzy.com shall be of a satisfactory level of quality, however, we can not confirm that they will be entirely error free. You are therefore responsible for checking all of the course materials and letting us know about any oversights which you may find as soon as possible.

Accessing courses

In order to access the courses which are offered on support@letzgetbizzy.com then customers will need to first register and sign in for an account. As soon as your account is ready – which will need to be accessed each time you return to the site using a secure username and password – you will be able to access the full learning library as well as all of the course materials which are offered as part of it.

Course fees

All outstanding course fees must be paid in full and in advance before you will be able to download any of the course materials. All of the courses are priced differently, and customers will be informed of the final price of all their courses on an invoice.

Course updates

We reserve the right to update any of our courses and learning materials at any time and without prior notice to you.

While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the training materials, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that the training materials or courses will be completely error free. In any circumstances under which you discover an error or inaccuracy with the courses or learning materials then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we may look into it and rectify or update the course materials as may be needed.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the required materials and access to internet to be able to download the courses. Once the purchase has been completed you will be emailed a link where the course can be downloaded from.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that we will carry out the service to you with a reasonable level of care and skill.

Any liability under any agreement between you and use shall be limited to any sums paid to you by us.

As far as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to any person for losses or damages that were not reasonable foreseeable and that were not caused by a breach on our part. We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result from your course enrolment. Any liability that does not arise will be limited to the course fee which has been paid.

Payments

All outstanding debts to us must be made before any course with support@letzgetbizzy.com can be considered as complete. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment for any of the courses which we offer.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted as the main forms of payments, and all of the payments are processed and handled securely on support@letzgetbizzy.com We do not store any of your personal financial information on our servers, and for more information on the ways in which we may process your information please also make sure that you read our privacy policy alongside these terms and conditions.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights related to these course materials are either owned by us or licensed to us. Copying, adapting or any other use of all or any part of these course materials without our prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations and refunds

We are only able to accept cancellations if they have been requested within 24 hours of the course being delivered, and if the course has not yet been started.

We do not accept refunds, except in cases where we are proven to be liable for a mistake with either the delivery or quality of a specific course. All refund requests must be requested in writing within 5 working days of the course being delivered.

For refunds which we are able to process we will then refund you as soon as is reasonably possible and within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Please be advised that once the cancellation period has expired you no longer have an automatic right to cancel the course and receive a refund.
